After residing in one of the Sekhar developer’s project today I am going to give Sekhar developers builders review. Before I start I want to tell that it is not only my personal experience but also my neighbours and my cousin who suggested me to by a flat here.  as I have been here for more than 1 year which is more than enough to give a feedback. I and my family were living in an 2bhk independent home for a long time but after my changed my job it was hard to commute from my home and office for me and my wife but after sometime my cousin throw a party where he invited me over at one of the Sekhar builders project and I loved it and made my mind to buy a flat in apartment. When I told him that I loved his home he showed me this spacious apartment. There are so many amenities including A/C Gym, Kids Play Area, Joggers Track, Swimming Pool, Elders Garden, Half Basketball Court, Table Tennis, Billiards, Club House, Cricket Net and Car Wash Bays. The next day my cousin took me to Sekhar developers office where the agent asked my requirement and suggested me some location to choose from.

After I and my family discussed and made the payment after 2 months and thank them they waited. But before we moved in and made the payment I searched for Sekhar developers builders review online and found that they have a very good customer satisfaction, and has delivered what was promised. Its been about 1 year here and have never faced any problems from them yet. We booked 3bhk apartment which is size of 1156- 1757 Sqft. after we moved in we experience that the flat was built with 100% Vaastu Compliance, Imported UK bath fittings, Imported Wooden flooring in all bedrooms, Digital door lock / Video door phone, Greek Architecture all at 56.40 lakhs.

So, as I said you how spacious the apartment and its amenities are, no the pros and cons;

The STRUCTURE of our apartment is also one thing that I loved

WATERSUPPLY Water Supply through Borewells, Separate Kaveri Pipelines for Drinking Water Supply.

CCTV Surveillance and Intercom from Each Flat Is Integrated with Security Room.

Cons

I think the price was a bit high but the amenities I have got for this deal is reasonable and other than I have nothing to say about this

I always suggest my friends, collagen, relatives etc. to consider Sekhar builder if they’re looking for any flat. And again, this is not only my personal Sekhar developers builders review but also my cousins review.

I know how hard it is to find a perfect apartment because I faced the same when I was hunting an house, I used to get various calls from brokers and visited about twenty five apartment in the period of 4 month, Yes 4 months is a lot of time, the reason why I took so long was because the place I was living in did not satisfy as it was too far from my office and also it I was not having easy access to public transport and grocery store, it is a basic need for every human and I have to go about 2 km to get daily grocery. As I said that it took me four months to find a perfect apartment, I got to know about Sekhar builder from one of my neighbours who moved here about 2 months before us, they met me a supermarket and shared their Sekhar builder reviews. After few days I visited one of their projects and I was amazed that it was constructed how my neighbours describe me. So I went to their office I asked them to show another one as the apartment I visited was also far from my office and the next morning I got a call from Sekhar builder agent who asked me to come with him to have a look at Olympus which was near Whitefield and I was happy because of quick response and also they understood my requirement of location.

Soon after that me and my brother made our mind to buy apartment from Sekhar and decided to make payment. During our payment time we both face problems due to financial issues but thanks to them as they offer us different payment options.

Telephone Points in Living & Bedroom for Broadband & Telephone, TV Points in Living & Master Bedroom. Digital Door Lock with Video Door Phone Integrated with Intercom & Camera. After moving here I found why every gave good Sekhar builder reviews, there customer satisfaction is exceptional and they delivered what they promise.
