During our 3 months of stay here we haven't faced any problems yet, and even our neighbors are also happy and not only us but who ever are residing here has not faced any problem. We have Water Supply through  Bore wells, Separate Kauvery Pipelines for Drinking Water Supply, 24/7 power backup this is the reason why i am giving Sekhar developers Bangalore review as I can see few people are not happy with Sekhar builder on internet and which affect many apartment hunters.
